Motor Repair Network was recognised for its damage assessment app, Activate Assess. The app offers policyholders an easy-to-use tool for taking images of vehicle damage, and uploads them directly in to the Motor Repair Network system.
Since its launch in 2022, Activate Assess has dramatically increased the number of high-quality images on each claim, supporting estimate accuracy and right-first-time decision making.
